Hibernate the Mind: Why are we more tired after the vacation than before it started? The break we are pretending to give ourselves is not a break at all because what we need to rest is our mind.

GENETIC ENERGY: Understanding that genetics are nothing more than the memory of its creator. When we are born into a family, the genetics of that family is passed on to us. These genetics are made up of memories of that family.

GOD WITHOUT FEAR: We are the good, the bad and everything in between. As we see ourself as God, we see ourself as Love and everything created is not to be feared but appreciated for the knowledge it gives to lead us to where we desire to be.

MEDITATE TO FREEDOM: We are all our own well designed ecosystem. Meditation is beneficial in silencing the mind to be able to listen to the truth and creating a feeling desired. As nature shows us, when something enters that ecosystem that is not in harmony with our true essence (love) it makes our whole way of functioning dysfunctional.

LIFE AND DEATH: As God we know that nothing ever dies. As God we are eternal. But there is always the question of what happens after we leave this realm. And the answer is… Whatever we believe it to be.

HOME WITHIN: Having the understanding that our true home is built from within and once that home is built it can never be destroyed.

INSTINCTIVELY WITHIN: Why going into the unknown to rely solely on your inner instincts, as Nature shows us, is key in finding our true self.

THE ROLE OF A PARENT: To understand our role as a parent we must first ask why we wanted this role in the first place and see how we wanted it to play out in our life journey. Then once we have accepted that, we then have the space to recognize that the children are only assisting us in the over all unfolding of mindsets that we need to detach from.

ONE AS ALL: We are all there is. Everyone we have in our life acts as a screen for our projector. What we project is what is within us. Everyone we see is as we see ourselves in some way. The propose of this is so we can see ourselves.

THE CREATOR OF EVERYTHING: In this entry, we observe the world we live in and how our feelings are what create the extreme good, the extreme bad and everything in between.

AS I SEE (FEEL), IT IS: In this entry, we observe manifestations. Everything in the physical world is created from thought of feelings.

I AM SPIRIT I AM TIMELESS: In this entry, we observe Spirit. To know our true self is to know Spirit. We are Spirit as Spirit is God and God is creation.
