Shipping + Returns

Shipping

All orders are sent to dispatch immediately after the order is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders.

Normal processing/shipping time is 6-10 business days. iHCULOCHi is not responsible for orders lost, mishandled or misplaced by USPS, FedEx, or UPS. 

Once your order has been shipped and has arrived at USPS/UPS/FedEx, please refer to your tracking number and contact them directly for order updates.  Orders may be shipped from different facilities. 

Returns

We want you to love your iHCULOCHi items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it for store credit ONLY. There are no refunds or exchanges at this time.

To return, customers must contact our studio at studio@ihculochi.com with the subject: RETURN and include your order number, name, and the reason for your return. If you are requesting a replacement for a damaged item please include pictures. 

Items must be in saleable condition (no deodorant stains caused during fitting.) and all original tags must be attached. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

Please DO NOT return any items without contacting our studio first.
