MEDITATION TO FREEDOM

Why Meditation is an important part of human evolution.

We are all our own well designed ecosystem and, as nature shows us, when something enters that ecosystem that is not in harmony with our true essence (love) it makes our whole way of functioning dysfunctional.

Meditation is an important part of human evolution.

Everything we are is of God's design meaning that we are perfect in every way including our ability to heal, nourish, and rejuvenate ourselves. Our mind is the power house behind creating everything that happens in our life but over stimulation from outside information scrambles our creations making life appear random. So when we meditate it is important that our intention is to clear all information that didn't come from within.

In being God designed we are creators. If you are reading this, you have most likely heard of the law of attraction but that is only a small part of what we are able to do as creators. As creators we actually create everything in our lives. We are all our own God. What does this mean? This means that every single thing that we have ever experienced we have created. The way the world is around us, as we perceive it is how we create it to be. So anything we put our attention on we create because we are letting our mind know that we want more of this because that is what our focus is on. Often times what we really want, gets misdirected because our mind is being torn in too many different directions from distractions so what we really want is slow to materialize.

The one thing most humans desire is to be free and for most of us freedom means to live without fear. Even if we manage to be fearless in one area of our life, we hit a wall of fear in another area. This fear often shows itself as doubt and anxiety which is the feeling of having no control usually dealing with something that is seemingly out of our control. Many of us fear that someone or something outside of ourselves will disrupt our way of being. But if we create everything in our lives there is nothing that can harm us unless we create it.

Creating Intention:

For many, understanding that we are the creator of everything in our life is overwhelming and a bit hard to process. However, turning to meditation is a good start to realizing who we really are and the power that [knowing] holds.

Daily Meditation:

In this meditation you will close your eyes and imagine you are in a space of nothing. There is nothing around because you are all there is. Now from this NOTHING, begin creating SOMETHING by imagining an environment around you. Start simple with the sky, then ground, and then nature life like trees and/or a body of water. As you sit in your created environment, fully feel the feeling of being completely safe. Completely understand that you are COMPLETELY safe because in this environment you did not create anything to harm you. Stay in this space until you fully have understanding of what it feels like to BE without fear. Then open your eyes and live today knowing that there is no difference between the environment you created in this meditation to the one you are living in now. The imagination you used to create a world in this meditation is the same power of creation you have in this world now.

Everything is imaginary and nothing is real unless you imagine it.
